Tennis and volleyball tournaments were hosted at Koya University

On Monday, May 5, 2025, Koya University hosted several sports tournaments. The Faculty of Physical Education organized a table tennis championship for female students, with 28 participants, and a volleyball tournament involving teams from six different faculties. In the presence of Koya University’s President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Haseeb Sedeeq; Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhin Tahir Sabir, Vice President of Koya University for Student Affairs; Asst. Prof. Dr. Nabaz Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Galawezh Bakr, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the university finals for tennis and volleyball tournaments were held at Koya University.

The concluding rounds of the tennis tournament were between Ms. Solin Saadullah and Mrs. Sarbaz Ismail. Solin was the champion in the tennis tournament, while in the volleyball tournament between the Faculty of Physical Education and the Faculty of Engineering, the sports students won as champions.
