To facilitate and organize student residential accommodation for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year, the Presidency of Koya University has officially announced the schedule and regulations for dormitory room reservation.

Starting today, Friday, September 18, 2026, students can access the Dormitory Management System (MMS) to select and secure their rooms according to the following breakdown:

1. Online Registration Schedule:

• 8:00 PM: Registration opens for Blocks 1 and 2.
• 9:00 PM: Registration opens for Blocks 3, 4, and 5.

2. Dormitory Block and Floor Allocations:

• Block 1 (Male) & Block 2 (Female):
  • First Floor: Reserved for first-year students (currently unavailable for booking).
  • Second, Third, and Fourth Floors: Exclusively designated for Medical and Law students.
  • Fifth Floor: Open to students from all other academic departments.
• Blocks 3 & 4 (Male):
  • First Floor: Reserved for first-year students.
  • All other floors: Available for students of other academic stages across all departments.
• Block 5 (Female):
  • First Floor: Reserved for first-year students.
  • Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Floors: Available for students of other academic stages across all departments.

Koya University urges all students to log in to the MMS portal strictly at their assigned time slots and adhere to guidelines to ensure a smooth room allocation process, reflecting the student-centered priorities embedded in the Koya University Strategic Plan.
