Mr. Daban Q. Jaff, a faculty member of the Faculty of Education, Department of English Language is awarded a DAAD Doctoral grant for his project which is about an investigation of Trauma(PTSD) and Language. 

Mr. Jaff told the Koya University Media Directorate that he was awarded the grant after he was interviewed by a panel of professors in Amman and letter the last decision was made by a specialized board of professors in Germany. 
Concerning his scholarship, Mr. Jaff said that the scholarship consists of two parts; four months of extensive German language course held at InterDaf language center in Leipzig and four years of Ph.D. at Erfurt University.

DAAD is a German academic exchange agency which funded by German public fund and they fund research projects globally.
