In a special event, Koya University President Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Haseeb Siddiq, along with members of the Koya University council, formally inaugurated a project that consists of five plant nurseries.

Five plant nurseries were opened on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Haseeb Siddiq, the president of Koya University, members of the council, Mr. Pshtiwan Muhammad, Director of Koya University Gardens Directorate and his staff.

This initiative, which has been developed and managed by Koya University Gardens Directorate, is a component of Koya University's Green University Strategic Plan, which attempts to accomplish this goal by expanding the campus's green space and fostering self-sufficiency in the creation and manufacturing of plant and tree products.

The Koya University President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Haseeb Siddiq, awarded honors to the Koya University Gardens Directorate employees for their persistent dedication to work during the opening ceremony of the university's Plant nurseries project.
