At the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between the universities of the Kurdistan Region and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the president of Koya University took part

On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, the Koya University President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Haseeb Siddiq attended the signing ceremony of a Memorandum Of Understanding MoU between a number of universities in the Kurdistan Region and the universities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The MoU’s clauses were read out at the start of the ceremony, along with key elements on collaboration and coordination between the universities and an emphasis on the memorandums' actual application.

The participating universities later signed a Memorandum of Understanding during the ceremony.

The MoU addresses a wide range of academic concerns between universities, including scientific research, staff and student exchanges, conference and workshop participation, and many other crucial areas of collaboration.
