The President of Koya University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Haseeb Siddiq, presented a plaque of gratitude and recognition to Mr. Hakim Baland Mohammed Mouloud, the General Director of Company Registration at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Kurdistan Regional Government.

On Thursday, September 19, 2024, accompanied by the Assistant to the University President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Yadgar Abdullah Ali, and the Director of Koya University's Media Department, Mr. Mohammed Kareem Sidgool, the President visited the General Directorate of Company Registration at the Ministry of Trade and Industry. They were received by Mr. Hakim Baland Mohammed Mouloud, the General Director, and Dr. Kazim Maghdid Ibrahim, the Director of National Companies.

During a meeting held as part of the visit, the President of Koya University expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts and support of the General Directorate of Company Registration in encouraging and involving companies in the Entrepreneurship Exhibition, which was launched as part of the "Green University" initiative on May 16, 2024, by the Deputy Prime Minister of Kurdistan, Mr. Qubad Talabani. He acknowledged their continuous support for Koya University.

The President highlighted the significant steps taken by Koya University within the framework of the "Green University" initiative and emphasized the approved proposals and projects that are being implemented as part of this initiative.

For his part, Mr. Hakim Baland Mohammed Mouloud, the General Director of Company Registration, expressed his gratitude to Koya University and wished success for the "Green University" initiative. He also reaffirmed his readiness to cooperate and provide ongoing support to the university in achieving its goals.
