A Group of Researchers at KOU Published a Research Article in ARO Journal

A Group of researchers; Hayder H, Abbas, Fakhri H. Ibraheem, Ahmad A. Maaroof from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Koya University published a new original research article entitled  "Pollution Problems in Koya City due to Private Electrical Generators" in the Volume 7, Number 2 (2019) issue of ARO-The Scientific Journal of Koya University. 

ARO is published by Koya University with e-ISSN: 2307-549X, p-ISSN: 2410-9355, and DOI: 10.14500/2307-549X. ARO is a journal of research articles, review articles, and letters to editor. ARO is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original works in areas of Science and Engineering. ARO has been indexed by DOAJ and got DOAJ Seal. Hayder H. Abbas
He has M.Sc. degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, Koya University, for specific and general models. He has nine published scientific papers, and participated in several conferences.

Fakhri H. Ibraheem
He has MSc degree in Chemical. He is a lecturer in Chemical Engineering Department - Faculty of Engineering - Koya University. He is Industrial Expert and has more than thirty years’ experience in different Industrial Sectors. He shared with three patients registered in COSQC. Publications: 12 Journal papers + 4 conf. + many of local article and studies in Industrial Development.

Ahmad A. Maaroof
He has M.Sc degree in environmental and energy engineering. He is a assistance lecturer at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Koya University. He has five published Journal papers.

Koya University (KOU) is located in the city of Koya (Koy Sanjaq) which is 1.0 hr drive to the East of the Kurdistan Region capital Erbil (Arbil, Hewlér) in Kurdistan Region of F.R. Iraq. Moreover, at KOU there is an English Language Center (BELC) at KOU has been opened with the sponsorship of IREX and American embassy in Baghdad as well as with the support of Spring International Language Center of The University of ArkansasKOU has two Scientific Journals; ARO-The Scientific Journal of Koya University, which is indexed by Clarivate Analytics (ESCI), and Koya University Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences (KUJHSS). KOU is a proactive member of Erasmus/ Marhaba Project and Erasmus+. KOU signed many Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) with many International Universities, e.g., The University of Arkansas (June 2015). The Lulea University in Sweden (April 2014), The University of Nottingham in the UKThe University of Buckingham in the UK (Oct 2008), Belkin University in Turkey (Sep 2009) and The University of Greenwich in the UK.
