A high-level delegation from the Koya University Council, led by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed H.S. Zangana, visited Ms. Kurdo Omer to congratulate her on assuming her new duties as the Head of the 14th Koya Headquarters of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK).

The visit took place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Mohammed H.S. Zangana extended his best wishes to Ms. Kurdo Omer, wishing her success in her new responsibilities. On behalf of the University Council, he presented her with a bouquet of flowers as a token of congratulations.

For her part, Ms. Kurdo Omer expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the visit of the University President and the Council members. She emphasized her desire to maintain strong relations and fruitful cooperation between both sides to support the regional development and the academic mission of Koya University.
