In cooperation with Koya University's Directorate of Relations, Amid-east hosted a seminar on how to apply for the FullBright program in the United States.

On March 25, 2024, a seminar took place by Mr. Handren Salman, Director of Amideast in Erbil, in collaboration with Koya University Public Relations Directorate. The seminar was attended by instructors, students, and some members of the Koya University Council about the Fulbright Program in the United States.

During the seminar, Mr. Handren Salman addressed the issues and concerns of the attendees while outlining the application process and requirements for the Fulbright program by Amideast.

The Fulbright Program is a US study program that offers yearly chances for individuals with a bachelor's degree to study in the US and facilitates cultural exchange between the US and Iraq.

The State Department is funding the project with the financial support of the US Government and the Director of Amideast in the Middle East and North Africa.
