Koya University Organizes a Training Course for Staff Professional Development
In alignment with the Koya University Strategic Plan (2023-2027), the Implementation Committee for the Fourth Pillar, "Resources Development/Human Capacity Development," in collaboration with the University Central Library, conducted a specialized training course for administrative staff from February 9 to 12, 2026.
The four-day program focused on enhancing essential professional skills, including Spelling and Punctuation rules, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Apps. The training sessions were delivered by a group of specialized faculty members: Asst. Prof. Dr. Hemin Abdulhamid Shams, Asst. Lect. Soran Omar Rashid, Asst. Lect. Soran Asaad, and Asst. Lect. Khabat Attar Abdullah.
This course serves the first objective of the "Resources Development" pillar, which aims to "Improve Human Resources and Administrative Staff Efficiency." By implementing university-wide training programs, Koya University seeks to enhance the performance of its academic and administrative personnel, ensuring the successful execution of its long-term strategic goals.
