The President of Koya University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed H.S. Zangana, accompanied by a university delegation, paid an official visit to the Head of the Tourism Board of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Ms. Zhwan Sabir, to congratulate her on assuming her new position and discuss future collaboration.

The visit took place on Monday, May 4, 2026. The delegation included the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Yadgar Abdullah Ali, the Secretary of the University Council, the Director of Relations, and the Director of Media.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Haseeb Sedeeq extended his best wishes to Ms. Zhuan Sabir for her new role. He highlighted the progress of Koya University’s "Green University Initiative" and expressed the university’s readiness to collaborate with the Tourism Board.
