As part of the continuous monitoring of academic processes, the Vice President for Higher Education and Scientific Research Affairs at Koya University, Prof. Dr. Hoshiar Zaki, conducted an official inspection visit to the examination halls hosting the English Language Proficiency Exams on Sunday morning, June 7, 2026. Upon his arrival, he was received by the Director of the "Bahar" Language Consulting Center, Asst. Prof. Dr. Arezoo Rashid Osman.

Course Overview and Examination Schedule

The examinations mark the conclusion of the 22nd English Language Proficiency Course, organized by the Bahar Language Consulting Center at Koya University. The course spanned from March 29 to May 29, 2026, with the active participation of 84 students. Following the training period, the final exams were scheduled over four consecutive days, from June 6 to June 9, 2026.

The online assessments targeted four distinct proficiency tiers, structured as follows:

• Beginner Level: Conducted on June 6, 2026, with (6) candidates.
• Elementary Level: Conducted on June 7, 2026, with (25) candidates (coinciding with the Vice President's inspection visit).
• Intermediate Level: Conducted across two days, June 8 and June 9, 2026, with (42) candidates.
• Advanced Level: Conducted on June 9, 2026, with (11) candidates.

The exams are administered fully online on a daily basis, running for a duration of three hours from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM, ensuring a well-organized evaluation process.
