In alignment with this vision, the Faculty of Engineering successfully hosted a series of job interviews in collaboration with Sprint Oil & Gas Services. The recruitment event targeted this year's graduating class from the departments of Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Engineering.

The job interviews took place on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. This initiative marks the practical execution of Koya University’s Comprehensive Strategic Plan, specifically advancing the first pillar, "Student Success and Employability," as well as the third pillar, "Community Outreach."

The graduating students participated in the interviews based on their academic rankings within their respective departments. This event provided a golden opportunity for high-achieving graduates to secure immediate employment while gaining vital, hands-on experience in corporate recruitment processes, effectively fulfilling the university's mission to empower its student body.
