On Thursday, January 26, 2023, President of Koya University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Haseeb Siddiq, welcomed each of the delegation member which consists of; Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Bahaddin Ali and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hawkar Salar Ahmad, a lecturer at the University of Sulaimani, and a delegation of the Kurdistan Sports Journalists' Committee.

During the meeting, each of the university's Vice Presidents for Administrative and Financial affairs , Asst. Prof. Dr. Rostam Salam Aziz, the Dean of Faculty of Physical Education, Asst. Prof. Dr.Nabaz Abdullah Fattah and Media Director of Koya University, Asst. Lect. Muhammed K. Saedgul, welcomed the guests and wished them success and continuity for the project.

At the beginning Ahmad Bahaddin Ali, presented a summary of the project they launched to "Unify Sports Terms" and highlighted the problems facing them, whether as a university lecturer in delivering messages to students or as journalists who are hardly finding a suitable alternative to the kurdish language.

Then, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hawkar Salar Ahmad pointed to the role of Kurdish language departments in this field and emphasized cooperation between the two fields.

The President of Koya University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Haseeb Siddiq, thanked to the guests and expressed their support for the project and said:

 "This is really an important issue and needs to be worked on. Unifying the dialects in all fields and finding the appropriate term in the Kurdish language is a difficult and sacred duty.This should be done in cooperation with the Kurdish language departments and the Kurdish Academy. Also, recommend you to discuss your work within the framework of a scientific conference that will come out on scientific recommendations and see the product of your work. As Koya University is  ready to offer your full cooperation to succeed in your work."

At the end of the session, the guests presented a letter of thanks and appreciation and a number of their books to The President of Koya University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Haseeb Siddiq, and the Dean of Faculty of Physical Education, Asst. Prof. Dr.Nabaz Abdullah Fattah.
