A six-day visit to the provinces of Baghdad, Najaf, and Basra is being made by a Koya University delegation under the leadership of Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Haseeb Siddiq.
The delegation visited University of Technology-Baghdad on the first day of their visit, where they were met by the university's president, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghaban, as well as some of council members.
The Koya University President outlined the perspective of Koya University at both the national and international levels during the meeting and emphasized the value of coordination amongst universities.
The University of Technology's president, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghaban, welcomed the delegation on behalf of the institution and extended his gratitude for their visit.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghaban remarked about the way such coordination and MoU help universities expand and offer opportunities for students to earn highly regarded academic degrees.
Academic and scientific collaboration, conferences and workshops, student exchange, establishment of training courses, and hosting of lecturers and pupils are all included in the MoU between Koya University and the University of Technology.
It is noteworthy that the Koya University delegation includes the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhin Tahir Saber, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Dawan Jamal Hawezi, Director General of Research and Development Centers Asst. Prof. Dr. Galawezh Bakr Bapir, Dr. Ahmed Mazn and Media Director Asst. Lect. Mohammed Karim Saedgul.
