The Faculty of Engineering is organizing Some meetings for its students

 The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering made the decision to schedule meetings in order to prepare for the beginning of the new academic year and to introduce newly admitted students to Koya University, the educational program, policies, and their responsibilities and rights were discussed.

The students from all four levels of the Department of Programming Engineering met with the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhin Tahir Saber, Deputy Dean Dr. Goran Abdulrahman Mohammed, and Head of Programming Engineering, Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdul-Basit Kamil Faiq, on Monday, October 23, 2023, as the first of these meetings.

The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering greeted the new students during the meeting, wished them a happy and successful time during their journey at Koya University, and asked experienced students to work together with the newly admitted students.

The discussion also covered rights and responsibilities, attendance procedures, and the Bologna Process attitudes.

The Faculty of Engineering was first founded in 2004 as the College of Engineering; it had six departments in just two years. The departments of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Petroleum, Chemical, Geotechnical, Manufacturing, and Programming, currently make up the Faculty of Engineering.
