Koya University is located in the city of Koya (Koysinjaq), which is a 1.0 hr drive to the East of the Kurdistan Region capital Erbil (Arbil, Hewlér) in Kurdistan Region of F.R. Iraq. The seminar was held by the Kurdistan Sports Journalists Committee in cooperation with the Faculty of Physical Education at Koya University and sponsored by the Karimi Alaka Foundation.
