Total complaint are 203, distributed as follow:

1. Faculty of Engineering = 9 complaints
2. Faculty of Science and Health = 40 complaints
3. Faculty of Education = 86 complaints
4. Faculty of Humanities and Socia Sciences = 57 complaints
5. School of Physical Education = 11 complaints

Koya University with Warsaw University of Life Sciences WULS – SGGW, University of Mosul and Cihan University-Erbil held an international workshop on Thursday, 2^nd of July 2020. The workshop entitled “Crisis Management in the Higher Education Sector during COVID - 19: Opportunities and Limitations” was for 2 hrs online on Google Hangouts Meet. This workshop is one of the fruitful collaboration and the memorandum of understanding that signed between Koya University and the other three universities. The Director General, Dr. Govand Sherwani, participated the workshp with an important speech on behalf of the Ministry of Higher Education - KRI.

Dr. Sahar Basil M. Al-Qaisi the assistant professor at the department of architectural engineering and the director of the Heritage Conservation Research Program (HCRP) at Koya University was invited to speak about documenting Koya Historic Town experience in the international symposium on (Urban Struggles in the Arab Region: Exchanging Experiences and Methodologies) that is organized by the Public Works Studio in Beirut.

Daban Q. Jaff, a Lecturer at the Department of English, Faculty of Education, Koya University introduces translating TED Talks to his class in two successive years. As part of class requirement, and as an attempt to promote the Kurdish language online presence, Daban Q. jaff introduces translating TED Talks to his class. TED platform is an international non-profit organization that each year gathers entrepreneurs and creative people around the world in two conferences at Vancouver in Canada and San Francisco in USA, in addition to that TED licenses independently and locally organized conferences that aim at spreading ideas worth to be shared.
