The football team from Koya University took second place in the Kurdistan Universities Futsal Tournament, which was held at Sulaimani University.

Kurdistan Universities Futsal Championship, which was held in Sulaimani University, featured Koya University vs. Halabja University in the final match.

President of Koya University Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hasseb Siddiq was continually on line with the coach of the Koya University team during the competition, also he praised Mr. Dilêr Kamal as the team supervisor.
